Materials:

Ø 1 small cauliflower

Ø Barab is 150 grams

Ø 2 carrots,

Ø Oil 50 grams

Ø Chilli powder and salt as needed,

Ø Sweet and Sour Sauce 2 cups

Preparation:

Cut the cauliflower into medium size. Cut the carrot into 1 inch long pieces, cut the carrot into 1 inch long pieces.

Procedure:
Ride the pan fire. Drain the vegetables with little water & cover. When the vegetables are cooked, drain the water. Heat a frying pan, pour oil. When the oil is hot, stir fry the boiled vegetables. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Pour the sweet and sour sauce and bring the frying pan to a boil.

Serving:
Pour hot on a plate and serve with Chinese fried rice!
